All of our products undergo a quality check before dispatch, and we strive to ensure that they are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, products may be damaged during transit. In such cases, please email us at info@tatoa.co.nz within 14 days, including your order number, name, and images of the damaged product, and we will assist you promptly.

Once approved, you will be provided with the following options:

  • If you are requesting a refund, please note that it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your credit card company.
  • If you would like the same product, please let us know via email, and we will prepare a return label for you to send back the damaged item.
  • Note: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
