At TATOA, we offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $ 50 NZD across all regions (North Island and South Island) with no additional charges.

For orders under $50 NZD, a $7 NZD fee will be charged. If shipping to areas in the North Island outside of Auckland, an additional fee of $2 NZD will apply. For shipments to the South Island, an additional fee of $6 NZD will apply.

All orders will be shipped within 3 days at most.

A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you place your order.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Note: TATOA’s warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Our shipping fees for orders outside of Auckland are as follows:

North Island (outside Auckland): Orders under $50 NZD: $9.00 NZD.

South Island: Orders under $50 NZD: $13.00 NZD.

Orders over $50 NZD: Free shipping.

 

Orders, Payments, and Promotions

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Afterpay

Afterpay offers an interest-free payment plan for your purchase. You can buy what you want today, receive your order as usual, and pay in equal installments.

You can use Afterpay as a payment option in the following cases:

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must be a resident of New Zealand or Australia.
  • You must have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number.
  • You must have a valid debit or credit card.
  • You must have a valid driver’s license or passport.

All available discount codes will be sent to you via email. To apply the discount, enter the code at checkout before processing your payment.

You can apply one promotion code per order.

Unfortunately, refunds for sale items are not possible, except in cases where the product has expired or is damaged.

If the product has expired or is damaged, it can be exchanged for a new item.

Refunds for sale items will only be processed if the item is out of stock.

As with all beauty products applied to the skin, reactions can occur. But don’t worry! We’re here to help you. 🙂

If you know that a specific ingredient may cause an allergic reaction, please email us at info@tatoa.co.nz before placing your order. You can also check the product descriptions and ingredient lists on our website.

We sincerely apologize in advance if you experience an allergic reaction to our products. Unfortunately, TATOA cannot take responsibility for any reactions you may have and is unable to offer replacement products or refunds. However, to prevent such issues, our knowledgeable staff is always happy to assist and will do their best to advise customers on the right products for their skin type.

If you experience skin irritation or a reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Please let our team know as soon as possible through the contact details below. A team member will verify the issue with the product and process a refund or exchange as per your preference.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, our system will automatically process a refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. We will notify you by email once the product is back in stock.

All products are supplied directly through contracts with the headquarters in Korea.

Cancellations, Missing Items, Returns, and Damages

To cancel your order, please send an email with the subject “Cancel Order # (number)” to info@tatoa.co.nz, and we will assist you as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until the product arrives and return it by mail.

It’s always a good idea to carefully review your items before completing your order, but making changes is also absolutely fine. If you need to change your order before it has shipped, please contact us at info@tatoa.co.nz with the subject “ORDER CHANGE # (number)” for assistance.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you change your mind about a product purchased online or in-store, you can exchange it within 14 days of purchase. All packaging provided with the item must be in its original condition.

Please email us at info@tatoa.co.nz and include “Damaged Item # (number)” in the subject line. To assist you as quickly as possible, we will need images of the damaged item.
