TATOA holds a maximum sale on all products 1 week before to 1 week after major holidays, such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year.

When new products arrive, we offer a maximum sale on those products for 2 weeks.

Even during the maximum sale period, all coupons and membership discounts can be applied. For more details, please refer to the TATOA Membership.

Free shipping across New Zealand on orders over $50, with no additional charges.

Additionally, during the sale period, returns and exchanges are not allowed for products purchased, except in cases where the product is defective. (e.g., if you change your mind and wish to return or exchange the product)
