Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days depending on your location. While we strive to process orders promptly, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery if there are delays with NZPost.
Rural and South Island addresses may take a little longer for delivery. Please ensure you select a shipping address where someone can sign for the package (signature required).
We will process your order as quickly as possible during standard business hours. Once your ordered products are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include a link to the tracking page.
Please provide the correct delivery address during checkout. Ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified location between our delivery hours, 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, so the products can be received.
We currently only ship within New Zealand.

If you don’t want your parcel to be left unattended after delivery, especially for high-value items, please choose the “Signature required” option.
Parcels without a signature are sent at the buyer’s risk. If you are unable to receive the parcel, please provide the courier with a safe location for delivery.
Unfortunately, TATOA and NZ Post cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been successfully delivered to your property. Please note that you must contact us within 21 days to initiate a claim. After this period, neither we nor NZ Post will be able to assist you.
